Shipping Policy

2026 Mardi Gras King Cake Season

Joe’s Café ships king cakes Monday – Wednesday. Orders placed by 11:59 PM CST the night before a scheduled shipping day will be ship the next shipping day. Shipping begins January 7, last day to ship in the 2026 season is February 17. All orders are shipped via FedEx 2-Day. Signature not required upon delivery. Joe’s is not responsible for any lost or stolen king cakes.

Once your package is in the care of FedEx, we cannot be held responsible for damaged, lost or stolen packages. In the event that you have a problem with a lost or damaged package, please submit a claim to File a FedEx Claim

We cannot refund you for a package that shows it was delivered to you according to tracking. It is your responsibility to follow up to locate your package and to file a claim. We will do everything in our control to help you with the process but it is your responsibility to follow through with FedEx for the recovery of the missing package and the process of filing the claim.

Please make sure you have the correct shipping address when you check out. It is your responsibility to make sure all your information is correct. If your package is returned due to incorrect information supplied to us, we will not be able to issue a refund.
